01The challenge
The tour company ran its products across spreadsheets, chat apps and three partner portals. Every booking was typed in twice, and commissions were reconciled by hand at the end of each month.
02What we built
We built one platform that holds tour products, availability and pricing, syncs with partner operators over their APIs, and sells online through a public website.
One source of truth for every tour
Products, departures and seats live in one place. Partner operators receive confirmed bookings through an operator API instead of a chat message, and availability flows back the same way.

What we connected
- Partner operators' booking systems
- Online card payments
- The accounting export
How a booking travels
- A traveller books and pays on the website.
- The platform reserves the seat with the operator.
- The invoice, receipt and commission are recorded at once.
Bookings stopped living in chat threads. Everyone works from the same seat map.
Built to grow with new partners
Each operator plugs in through a small adapter, so adding a partner is configuration plus one integration — not a rewrite. Webhooks arrive at a single endpoint such as POST /operators/:id/bookings.
