Who we are

Zettify is a software house in Bangkok, Thailand. We are responsible for the personal data you send us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an Enquiry, we keep what you type into the form: your name, company, email, phone number, what you need, your timeline and your message.

We collect nothing else about you through this website.

Why we collect it

To reply to your Enquiry and discuss your project with you. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them.

Lawful basis

We use these details because you asked us to: to reply to your Enquiry and take the steps you request before any agreement, under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

How long we keep it

We keep your Enquiry for 24 months from the day you send it, then delete it.

Who can see it

Only Zettify staff who handle Enquiries.

Where it is processed

Your Enquiry is stored with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Singapore, and we are told about it by email.

To keep out spam, the form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile when you send it, which looks at your browser and connection; your IP address is used for that check and to limit repeated sends, and is not stored with your Enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, to have them deleted, or object to how we use them.

Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

The one cookie this website sets, zf_lang, only remembers the language you chose.
