01The challenge
Customers phoned the call centre to ask where their shipments were. Status lived in three internal systems, and staff copied it into emails by hand.
02What we built
We built a portal where customers track every shipment and download proof of delivery. Status events from the internal systems flow through a queue on AWS, so the portal stays current without touching the core systems.
